This Personal Data Protection Policy sets out the arrangements by which
FOUNDATION”KNOWLEDGE GRANTS LIFE”– a company entered in the Commercial Register of
the Bulgarian Registry Agency under Unique Identification Code (UIC) 206293601, having its seat
and place management at No 62-64 Okolovrasten pat Blvd., Sofia, tel. 0888 626 668 – collects,
uses, maintains and discloses data collected from users (individually “the User”) of
www.kglfoundation.com(“the Website”). This Personal Data Protection Policy applies to the
Website and to the products and services provided by Foundation “KNOWLEDGE GRANTS LIFE”
through the Website.
What kind of data do we collect?
Personal identification data
When you place an order through our Website you may be asked to enter your name, email
address and telephone number, UIN in relation to the services or resources offered by the
Website. Providing your personal data is optional. You can also visit our Website incognito. We
will collect personal identification data of you as a User only if you choose to provide such data
by completing our Contact Form.

We may collect non-personal data for the identification of our Users whenever they operate at

of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of
such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). If you do not
wish to authorize Foundation “KNOWLEDGE GRANTS LIFE” to collect and process your personal
data for the purposes of such request or order, and do not express your explicit consent by ticking
the above-mentioned box, the Contact Form will not be sent to us.

In the capacity of a personal data subject, you enjoy a number of rights, including the right to
access your personal data or have them corrected or deleted (“the right to be forgotten”), to
restrict the processing of your data or to raise an objection as regards the processing and/or the

(EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection

such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). We will not
disclose your personal data to any third parties without your explicit consent.
Supervisory authority
The supervisory authority responsible for the implementation of the General Data Protection
Regulation in the Republic of Bulgaria is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP). If
you believe that the rights conferred to you by the General Data Protection Regulation have been
violated, you can lodge a complaint to the CPDP or to a court having jurisdiction on the matter.
